My sister Amanda is expecting her 4th little boy anytime, this is the little guys room.

She went with gray and white stripes for the walls and made all of her own bedding. She also made the slipcover for this adorable chair she will be spending lots of time in.

Adding a Zebra?

Lately I have been loving zebra rugs and pillows.

 

 Just enough to spice things up a bit.

A great way to add a little color and a little character.

Maybe I will give it a try, my kids would love a giant zebra sprawling on the floor. :)

Delightful Dining

Beautiful.

A couch in the dining room, probably not in my house, but it  looks fabulous in here. 

FYI Ikea has a similar light fixture very reasonably priced. I love that the look in this room could be done very inexpensively.

Sublime. I could eat hamburger helper in this dining room and still feel like a queen.

Dreaming of Provence

 Love the shutters, the tile roof, the vines.

 Love the table, chairs, gravel and yes even the chickens. I am going to persuade my love to build me a coop this spring, already have it all picked out we will see how that goes over :) 

Smoken.............

It appears my little men have shared their cooties with mommy. I have been snuggled up with my blanky next to the fireplace today. A good excuse to catch up on decorating magazines and relax.

I love the atmosphere a fire gives a room, don't tell my hubby but I have been known to have a fire brewing when it's quite warm outside, it just makes me feel better :)
